RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All reservations require a 50% deposit of the total stay to secure the booking.
• Written confirmation of reservation is issued.
• All reservation amendments or cancellations are valid only if advised and accepted in writing, fax or e-mail.
  
  Retandi Guest House reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fee should a confirmed reservation be cancelled within the following period:
  
  

• 25 % cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival

• 50 % cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival

• 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 07 days or less prior to arrival or no show
